3. User Accounts and Registration

5.2 Generated Content

Content generated by our AI based on your inputs (“Generated Content”) is owned by you, subject to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring Generated Content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
• Generated Content may contain elements similar to content created for other users
• You grant us a license to use Generated Content for improving our Service

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and the underlying AI technology, is owned by QuickPosts.AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and generation limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Responsibility for all taxes associated with your purchase

6.2 Credits System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system where:

• Each content generation consumes a certain number of credits
• Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
• Additional credits may be purchased separately

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 14 days of initial purchase
• Account must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits
• No refunds for renewal payments or additional credit purchases
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickPosts.AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content or use of Generated Content
• Any misrepresentation made by you

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will lose access to premium features
• Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• The Service is discontinued

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
